The Center for European Studies and the Cent er for American Studies invite you to participate in the 2nd National Congr ess of Fashion Law - a unique event constituting a place for the exchange o f knowledge and discussions between fashion law enthusiasts and representat ives of the fashion industry!
WHEN?
The congress will be held on
Saturday, September 14, 2024, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. online on th
e Microsoft Teams platform.
The length of the Congress depends on the
number of speakers. In the event of a high number of applications, we rese
rve the right to extend the conference to Sunday, September 15, 2024.
WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE ABOUT?
The main assumption of the Fashion Law
Congress is a discussion on the issues of fashion law in the perspective o
f generally applicable national (Polish) law, foreign legal orders, interna
tional regulations and practical aspects of running a business in the fashi
on industry (from marketing, through specific employment methods, to protec

The organizers of the Fashion Law Congress would like to discuss a
multitude of pressing issues related to law in the fashion industry, such a
s licensing agreements, copyrights, trademark protection and legal aspects
related to the production and distribution of fashion products (clothing an

We believe in freedom of academic discussion and do not censor spe eches for ideological or political reasons. Original and unique speeches wi ll always be appreciated by the Scientific Committee.
