DESCRIPTION:Ladies and Gentlemen,\nI cordially invite you to take part in the 6th editi
 on of the "Silesian Pneumonological Autumn" conference, which we have resum
 ed after a break caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The invitation is address
 ed primarily to pneumonologists, internists, family physicians, allergists 
 and doctors of other specialties interested in respiratory diseases. The co
 nference will be held on Saturday, November 23, in a new place - in the Con
 ference Center Auditorium, ul. Jordana 18 in Katowice.\n  We have prepared 
 interesting lectures for you, focusing primarily on practical aspects of di
 agnostic and therapeutic procedures in respiratory diseases. Many outstandi
 ng lecturers accepted the invitation to give lectures. In many cases, these
  are international experts. What they all have in common is that they prepa
 re very reliable and practical lectures. I am extremely curious about many 
 lectures because they touch on issues that we deal with every day and which
