r for American Studies invite you to participate in the 3rd National Confer
ence on Theory, Philosophy and History of Law.

The confe
rence will take place on Friday, April 18, 2025, between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30
p.m. online on the Microsoft Teams platform.
The length of the confe rence depends on the number of speakers. In the event of a high number of a pplications, we reserve the right to extend the congress to Saturday, April 19, 2025.

The main aim of the c
onference is to discuss key problems, achievements and challenges facing th
eoreticians, philosophers and historians of law - both from the perspective
of each of these subdisciplines separately and from cross-sectional issues
.

occurring in particular periods (ancient, medieval, modern and contemporar

• Selected issues from the history of Polish, European and world la

• The latest concepts in the theory and philosophy of law, as well a
s historical proposals preceding them

egal systems in Europe and around the world

The thematic areas indicated above are examples only - we strongly encourage y ou to go beyond their framework. Moreover, the presentations may be interdi sciplinary in nature, combining various fields of science.
We believe in freedom of academic discussion and do not censor speeches for ideologic al, political or religious reasons. Original and unique speeches will alway s be appreciated by the Scientific Committee.
