DESCRIPTION:<p>Ladies and Gentlemen,</p><p>The Center for American Studies and the Cent
 er for European Studies invite you to participate in the 2nd International 
 Conference of Applied Psychology.</p><p>When?</p><p>The conference will be 
 held on Friday, January 31, 2025, between 4:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. online on
  the Microsoft Teams platform.</p><p>In the event of a high number of prese
 ntations, we reserve the right to extend the conference to Saturday, Februa
 ry 1, 2025.</p><p>What is the conference about?</p><p>The main aim of the c
 onference is to discuss the problems and challenges of broadly understood a
 pplied psychology (including clinical psychology and psychotherapy, occupat
 ional psychology, educational psychology, forensic psychology, health psych
 ology and neuropsychology).</p><p>Proposed (exemplary) thematic areas?</p><
 p> Clinical psychology (diagnosis and therapy of mental disorders, psychoth
 erapy and therapeutic interventions, use of technology in psychotherapy and
  diagnosis, clinical psychology in children and adolescents; online psychot
 herapy)<br /> Neuropsychology (neuroanatomy and neurophysiology of the brai
 n, neuropsychological tests in patients with brain damage, child neuropsych
 ology and developmental disorders, neuropsychology of aging and neurodegene
 rative diseases)<br /> Psychology of upbringing, education and professional
  development<br /> Psychology of work and organizational management in the 
 remote era<br /> Psychology within the criminal justice system<br /> Neurob
 iology of behavior (neurobiological basis of human and animal behavior, neu
 rochemistry and neuropharmacology in the context of behavior, genetic basis
  of behavior and personality, brain research using advanced imaging technol
 ogies)<br /> Practical applications of cognitive psychology (memory and for
 getting, thinking processes and decision-making, language understanding and

 examples only - we strongly encourage you to go beyond their framework. Mor
 eover, the presentations may be interdisciplinary in nature, combining vari

 es will always be appreciated by the Scientific Committee of the conference

  panels (sessions) will be arranged according to the above-mentioned langua

 experienced researchers, industry practitioners, as well as all other peopl
 e interested in the conference topics to actively participate in the confer
 ence.<br /> Passive participation does not require any scientific qualifica
