  of the conference is a discussion focused on three broadly understood area
 s: public authority, administration and local government.\nThe organizers o
 f the conference wish to discuss the issues of public authority, politician
 s, administration and local government from the perspective of both histori
 cal and contemporary dimensions of their functioning in any selected countr
 ies of Europe and the world.\nConference speakers may use tools and methods
  of selected sciences (including law and administration, political science,
  sociology, philosophy, international relations or economics).\nSUGGESTED (

 ority operation based on examples of selected countries\n• Electoral law\n•
  The role of local government and democracy\n• Achievements of contemporary

 ubstantive administrative law and administrative proceedings and code regul
 ations\n• Administrative act as a form of shaping social relations\n• Effec
 tiveness and legality of functioning of public administration and local gov
 ernment bodies\n• Vertical and horizontal relations between public authorit

 xamples - we strongly encourage you to go beyond them. Presentations may al
